- Navigate to Settings → General Settings
- Scroll down to the Email Branding section
- Enable "Remove Odoo Branding" to start removing third-party references
- Optionally enable "Use Custom Branding" to add your own branding
- Configure your company name and website URL if using custom branding
- Save the settings to activate the changes
Note: Changes will apply to all new emails sent after configuration. Existing queued emails may still contain the original branding.
