Timesheet Header Manager enhances Odoo 18 with a smart timesheet widget built directly into the navigation bar. From any page, users can instantly manage their timesheets, start or stop timers, access favorite projects, and view work statistics : all in one click, without breaking their workflow or leaving the current page

- Always-accessible systray widget: a play/stop button in the navigation bar changes color based on tracking status (running, warning, error, inactive).
- Full management popup: grid view with the current timesheet, the last 7 days list and your favorite projects, all in one click.
- Real-time timer: live stopwatch displayed on the active timesheet with "Running" or "Paused" status.
- Inline editing: edit the description directly without opening a form.
- Ticket, task and activity counters: view your assigned open items at a glance, clickable for direct access.
- Configurable alerts: sticky notifications (no tracking, tracking too long, error) with thresholds customizable per user in their profile.
- Commercial partner images: automatic display of the client logo and secondary partner on each timesheet.
- Optimized mobile view: 2-column kanban layout on mobile with essential information.
