This module enables your maintenance team to directly generate Purchase Orders or Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from Maintenance Requests, streamlining the procurement process for required spare parts, tools, or services.
- Enable users to create Requests for Quotation (RFQ) or Purchase Orders (PO) directly from Maintenance Requests for selected vendors.
- View all associated RFQs/POs via a smart button on the Maintenance Request form for quick access and tracking.
- Automatically generate RFQs based on vendors selected for each product line within the Maintenance Request.
- Product lines are grouped by vendor, and separate RFQs are created for each vendor accordingly.
- Each RFQ/PO will reference the originating Maintenance Request for traceability and context.
