Equipment Maintenance Request and Work Order Management
This app enables the management of work order operations for equipment maintenance requests, leveraging MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) work orders. It seamlessly integrates maintenance requests with work orders, streamlining workflows by utilizing MRP manufacturing work orders for a more efficient process.
Main Features:
- Create Manufacturing Orders from Maintenance Requests: The app allows the Equipment Manager to create a Manufacturing Order directly from the Maintenance Request. (Note: The Equipment Manager must be part of the Manufacturing group for this functionality.)
- Auto Fill Maintenance Manufacturing Details: You can configure maintenance manufacturing details on the Equipment form, which will be automatically populated when creating maintenance requests for that equipment.
- Smart Button Integration for Work Orders and Manufacturing Orders: The system displays all associated Manufacturing Orders and Work Orders directly on the Maintenance Request form using smart buttons.
- Link Maintenance Requests and Equipment References to MRP Operations: Maintenance Requests and Equipment references are displayed on Manufacturing Orders and Work Orders within the MRP operations, ensuring seamless traceability.
- Include Maintenance Requests and Equipment References in PDF Reports: The app includes Maintenance Requests and Equipment references in the PDF reports of Odoos standard Manufacturing Order report.
- Track Equipment Maintenance Operations: The app enables tracking of all operations used to maintain equipment. These operations can be created within the BOM (Bill of Materials) form, as demonstrated in the screenshots. (Note: The BOM Operations and Components tabs are part of the Odoo standard, and our app does not modify these; it simply utilizes them to generate maintenance Manufacturing Orders from the Maintenance Request form.)
