The "Allow Email" module enhances Odoo’s email system by introducing a security check that ensures emails are only sent to recipients who have explicitly been granted permission.

Documentation
After installing the module, users can access the functionality as shown below.
By enabling the "Email Allowed" checkbox, the contact will be able to receive emails.
If "Email Allowed" is not checked, whenever an email is generated for this contact, it will be automatically removed from the To (Partners) field.
If "Email Allowed" is checked, the contact will remain in the To (Partners) field when an email is generated.
