Custom Report Header & Footer
The "Custom Report Header & Footer" module enables users to centrally manage and customize the header and footer of all Odoo PDF reports. It allows companies to define a consistent report layout that includes branding elements such as logos, company details, and legal information. The custom header appears at the top of each report page, while the footer remains fixed at the bottom regardless of content length. By extending Odoo’s standard report layout, the module automatically applies the customized header and footer across all reports without requiring individual report modifications providing a professional and uniform appearance across all generated documents.

This page provides access to the Custom Header & Footer configuration options in Odoo. Under Settings → Users & Companies, users can configure custom report headers and footers that apply across Odoo documents. From this section, users can define global or model-wise header and footer layouts, allowing different designs for reports such as Sales Orders and Invoices. The configured layouts are automatically applied to PDF reports, ensuring consistent and professional document presentation. The below image shows the Global custom header footer
From this menu, users can create and manage multiple custom header and footer templates. Each template allows you to add your own HTML-based code, giving full control over the layout and design.
