Hide Send Message Button
The "Hide Send Message Button"module allows administrators to control the visibility of the "Send Message" button in the Chatter across all Odoo modules on a per-user basis. By simply enabling a checkbox in a user’s settings, you can hide this button, thereby preventing that user from sending internal messages through the Chatter interface.

Documentation
Navigate to Settings > Users & Companies > Users to manage user-specific configurations.
The module adds a new checkbox labeled Hide Send Message Button in the user form.
When the 'Hide Send Message Button' option is disabled, the 'Send Message' button remains visible in the Chatter section of all records.
Simply enable the Hide Send Message Button checkbox to remove the Chatter's messaging option for that user.
When enabled, the 'Send Message' button is completely hidden from the Chatter, as shown in the record's bottom panel.
