Every image or document uploaded to Odoo, whether through the website, a product form or an email, ends up in ir.attachment, with no overview and no simple way to find it, replace it, or check whether it is still in use before deleting it. Media Center adds that overview: a single media library to browse, replace and clean up files safely.

Features

One view for every media file Every image and PDF uploaded to the database shows up in a single grid, regardless of the module or record it came from.

Search and filters Search by name, filter by type (images or documents), pagination for large libraries.

In-place replacement Replacing a file's content keeps its original identifier. Existing links (a web page, an email already sent, another record) keep pointing to the right file.

Usage check before deletion Before deleting a file, the module checks whether it is linked to a record or used on a website page, and shows that list so you don't break a live link.

Upload and rename Add new files by drag and drop, rename them directly from the detail view.
