Enable signature capture per POS configuration:
- Require Signature - Force signature before validation
- Show on Receipt - Display signature on printed receipt
- Custom Message - Optional signature request message
- Customer Name - Record who signed
- Timestamp - Automatic date/time recording
- Backend View - View signatures in order form
