Stop scattering reminders across chat, email and paper. Keep a private note exactly where the work is — on the customer, the order, the task — and it is waiting for you the next time you open that record.

A floating sticky-notes icon appears on any record's form view — no setup, no configuration, it just works.
● Color-coded & pinnable
Tag notes with one of six colors and pin the urgent ones so they always float to the top.
● Type or draw
Write a quick reminder or sketch a freehand drawing — both are saved straight onto the record.

● Floating Icon on Any Form
Works on contacts, sales orders, tasks, products — any model with a form view, with zero configuration.
● Private, Per-User Notes
Each note belongs to you and is tied to the specific record — your colleagues never see your reminders.
● Six Color Tags
Yellow, blue, green, pink, purple or orange — color-code notes by topic, urgency or whatever fits your flow.
● Draw & Sketch
Open the drawing pad and sketch freehand — a diagram, a signature, a doodle — saved as part of the note.
● Pin to Top
Pin the notes that matter and they always sort to the top of the panel, so nothing important gets buried.
● Drag Anywhere & Count Badge
Move the icon to any corner of the screen, and a badge shows how many notes are saved on the current record.

How it works

Install it and start jotting — there is nothing to configure.

  1. Install the module — it only depends on Odoo's core web framework.
  2. Open any record's form view — a floating Sticky Notes icon appears.
  3. Click it to open the panel, type a title and note, and choose a color.
  4. Use the pencil button to add a freehand drawing if you need one.
  5. Pin important notes, and edit or delete any note at any time.
  6. Drag the icon anywhere on screen; a badge shows how many notes this record has.
Note: Sticky notes are private to each user and attached to the specific record. They never change the record's data, your saved views, or what anyone else sees.
