How It Works?

Step 1: Install the Module

Locate "Password Manager" in the Odoo Apps Store and install it. Make sure you have administrator rights to perform this action.

Step 2: Configure User Access

After installation, navigate to SettingsUsers. Assign the appropriate role to each user: "Password Manager Admin" or "Password Manager User". This step ensures that only authorized individuals can access or manage credentials.

Step 3: Create a Credential

Navigate to the Credentials section and click "New." Fill in fields such as Name, URL, Login, and Password. Optionally, assign tags, upload an image, and add a detailed description.

Go to the Access Groups section and create groups to manage shared access rights. Assign users to each group and link credentials accordingly.
