Installation & Configuration

1.) Install the module

Install the Sumup payment Acquirer module.

2.) Enter Merchant Details

In Odoo navigate to Invoicing or Account menu » Payment Acquirers » Select Sumup.

Enter your Sumup API Key (Live) and Sumup Merchant Code (Live) as well as set your environment preferences.

3.) Incoming and outgoing payments are set up through SumUp Module.

• The outgoing payment configuration can be used later for refunds.

E-Commerce Payment Workflow

1.) Select Sumup Payment Method

2.) Enter Payment Details. The payment details can be filled in, and the company logo appears above, taken from the website logo field

Card details are entered directly on the site without any redirection, as the payment form is built-in.

6.) Manual refund of the payment

7.) If the payment is canceled, after creating a credit note and registering the payment, you can select 'SumUp Outbound' as the payment method alongside 'Manual'.

8.) When you click 'Cancel SO and Refund', it will cancel the sales order, void both the original invoice and the credit note, and automatically process the payment refund.
