Open a Done MO
Navigate to any Manufacturing Order that is already marked as Done.
Click "Split Done MO"
A new button will be available in the header.
Enter Split Quantity
Specify how much of the completed MO you want to split off into a new order.
Check the Results
The system creates the new Done MO and renames the stock moves instantly.

A single new Split Done MO button appears in the MO header. It is visible only when the order is in the done state, preventing accidental splits of in-progress orders.
Enter the exact quantity you want to peel off from the original MO. The wizard validates the input to ensure you cannot split more than what was actually produced.
The original MO keeps its history and linked documents, but its reference is auto-renamed to include a suffix (e.g., -001), indicating it has been split.
The newly created MO (with suffix -002) lands directly in the done state with the split quantity. All raw materials and finished products are moved perfectly.
