The Budget Restriction Base module is the required foundation for all budget restriction modules in this collection. It introduces the "strict" flag on Odoo budget configurations, which is used by the purchase and sale budget restriction modules to block transactions that exceed the defined budget. Install this module first before using any specific budget restriction module.
