Helpdesk Ticket
Allow portal users to track and comment on their submitted support tickets
Overview
The Helpdesk Ticket module provides a complete ticket management system with portal access for customers. Internal users can create and manage tickets with configurable stages, while portal users can view their ticket list, track the current status, and communicate with the support team via comments. This creates a transparent support experience for customers.
