1	Install the Module Install the module from the Odoo Apps menu. Once activated, it automatically adds the necessary date fields and configurations without affecting your existing employee records.

2	Configure Settings Navigate to the employee settings to define your employment parameters. The setup is straightforward and designed to help the system recognize temporary status for automatic date logic.

3	Use the Features Start using the automation by selecting a Joining Date and Employment Type. The app instantly calculates the Permanent Date (2 months later), reducing manual effort and ensuring accuracy.

4	Monitor & Improve Track employee progress directly inside Odoo using smart filters for probation and permanent status. This provides better clarity and control over your workforce planning and contract updates.
