B2B Sales Benchmark Tracking
This plugin is specifically designed for businesses with a B2B customer base that have predefined trading agreements (payment terms, delivery schedules, pricing structures, return policies, quality standards, order minimum/maximums, and service level agreement (SLA)). You can track and monitor defined benchmark sales from a specific customer.
Defining a Benchmark for a particular Product
You can set the Sales Benchmark for a particular product and customer either from the Benchmark Section or directly while creating a new contact from the Contact Module or Sales Module.
From the Benchmark Section
- Step 1: Go to Sales Module > Products > Benchmark
- Step 2: Click on New
- Step 3: Create the name of the Benchmark and click on “Add a line” from the “Benchmark Section”.
- Step 4: Select the product you want to apply the benchmark on. Fill in the expected revenue and choose the period.
- Step 5: Click on the drop-down arrow and select “Search More.”
- Step 6: Choose the Duration and the Duration Unit.
- Step 7: Click on “Save & Close”.

You can select the custom period.

A list appears, showing all the time periods, and clicking on the “New” button allows you to create a custom time period.

The Benchmark is created.

Assigning the created Benchmark to the customer
You can assign the benchmark while creating a new contact from the Contact Module or the Sales Module.- Step 1: Go to the Contact Module and click on “New.”
- Step 2: Choose a predefined Benchmark.
After you have added the contact details, click on the drop-down in front of Benchmark.

You can assign multiple Benchmarks to a single customer for different products.

You can also create a new benchmark while creating a new contact.
Sales Benchmark Reporting
- Step 1: Sales Module > Reporting -> benchmark

The Benchmark report shows the information about the expected and achieved revenue for a product by a particular customer in a predefined time period. This list shows the data for the current period.

You can check the benchmark history in detail. Click on Benchmark history. All the data for the previous definite periods will appear here.
