B2B Sales Benchmark Tracking

This plugin is specifically designed for businesses with a B2B customer base that have predefined trading agreements (payment terms, delivery schedules, pricing structures, return policies, quality standards, order minimum/maximums, and service level agreement (SLA)). You can track and monitor defined benchmark sales from a specific customer.

Defining a Benchmark for a particular Product

You can set the Sales Benchmark for a particular product and customer either from the Benchmark Section or directly while creating a new contact from the Contact Module or Sales Module.

From the Benchmark Section

1 Go to Sales > Products > Benchmark

Step 1: Go to Sales Module > Products > Benchmark
Step 2: Click on New

2 Create Benchmark Name

Step 3: Create the name of the Benchmark and click on “Add a line” from the “Benchmark Section”.

3 Select Product and Add Details

Step 4: Select the product you want to apply the benchmark on. Fill in the expected revenue and choose the period. You can select a custom period.

4 Set Custom Time Period

Step 5: Click on the drop-down arrow and select “Search More.” A list appears, showing all the time periods, and clicking on the “New” button allows you to create a custom time period.

5 Choose Duration

Step 6: Choose the Duration and the Duration Unit.

6 Save and Close

Step 7: Click on “Save & Close”. The Benchmark is created.

Assigning the created Benchmark to the customer

You can assign the benchmark while creating a new contact from the Contact Module or the Sales Module.

7 Assign Benchmark to Contact

Step 1: Go to the Contact Module and click on “New.” After you have added the contact details, click on the drop-down in front of Benchmark.
Step 2: Choose a predefined Benchmark.

8 Assign Multiple Benchmarks

You can assign multiple Benchmarks to a single customer for different products. You can also create a new benchmark while creating a new contact.

9 Access Reporting

Step 1: Sales Module > Reporting -> benchmark

10 View Current Period Report

The Benchmark report shows the information about the expected and achieved revenue for a product by a particular customer in a predefined time period. This list shows the data for the current period.

11 Check Benchmark History

You can check the benchmark history in detail. Click on Benchmark history. All the data for the previous definite periods will appear here.
