AI Vendor Dashboard
Make smarter purchase decisions with an AI-powered and manual vendor analysis dashboard in Odoo 18. Compare vendors by price, delivery performance, purchase history, stock availability, lead time, location, cost price, and overall vendor score.
The dashboard supports both Manual Recommendation and AI Recommendation modes. In manual mode, the system analyzes vendor data and suggests the best vendor based on configured scoring logic. When AI is enabled, the dashboard can use OpenAI or Gemini AI to generate intelligent vendor recommendations with clear reasoning.
Module Availability in Apps
The Apps screen shows the custom module named AI Vendor Dashboard.
The technical module name displayed is mst_ai_vendor_dashboard.Install the module before using approval settings and workflow tabs.
Setup AI Vendor Dashboard
Enable Manual Recommendation or AI Recommendation mode for the vendor dashboard. In Manual mode, the system recommends vendors using price, delivery, purchase history, stock, lead time, and score logic. In AI mode, configure OpenAI or Gemini AI access details to generate intelligent vendor recommendations, savings insights, and RFQ suggestions.
Analyze Vendor Performance
Select the product and enter the required quantity.
Click Analyze to compare vendors by price, delivery, and score.
View stock summary, price history, savings opportunity, and best vendor details.
Use AI insights to generate RFQ recommendations faster.

View purchase price trends for all vendors in one chart.
Compare average, lowest, and highest prices by selected period.
