Control system access with flexible user permission settings. Navigate to the Settings module and enable administrator-level features for the Attendance module to display the real-time attendance overview dashboard.

Also, activate the “Officer: Manage Attendance” option for managers to grant access to the team dashboard view and attendance management features.

This ensures that each user only accesses the features relevant to their role, improving security and system efficiency.

With color-coded sections and employee cards, it becomes easy to track who is available, who has left, and who is on leave. Filters for department and employee allow quick navigation and better control.

Employee Profile and Manager Configuration

Access detailed employee information in a clean and structured format. This page displays essential details such as name, job position, department, manager, and contact information.

It helps HR teams and managers quickly review employee data and maintain accurate records without confusion.

Employee Hierarchy Mapping for Dashboard

The employee profile screen displays detailed information along with the organizational hierarchy, where each employee is mapped to a manager for structured reporting.

Only managers with assigned team members will see their respective employees updated and listed in the Attendance Dashboard view, making the manager-to-employee mapping mandatory for accurate tracking and visibility.
