Install and Access Module
Go to Apps → Search for 'Multi Images in Employee' → Install the module. Once installed, it will be available under the Employees menu.
Upload Multiple Images
Navigate to Employees → Select an employee → Click on “+” icon → Add images. You can upload multiple images and manage them easily.
You can also mark any image as the Profile Image. This selected image will be displayed as the main employee image.
Validation Rules
The system ensures at least one profile image is selected while confirming the uploaded images as it throws the validation message. It also prevents duplicate images to maintain data accuracy.
Gallery Management
Users can view, update, and delete images under the image gallery tab in the employee form. Each image is stored with sequence and can be reordered easily with duplicate images detection features when upload and confirming the images.
User Interface Features
The module provides a clean and user-friendly interface with popup views, thumbnails, and easy navigation with forward and backward images in the employee form.
The user can able to see multiple images like a default kanban view features under the gallery tab with same features of main image upload tab.
Mutli Image gallery details
The gallery images can be deleted with the delete feature under the each image gallery form. This shows Better employee profile management, Improved UI experience, Easy image handling, Supports HR use cases.
