Sales Validation Workflow
Enhance your sales process with a validation step
- Add a validation step to your sales workflow
- Enforce review before quotations can be sent to customers

- Lock quotations from changes after validation
Module Description
This module will be applied on sales to check the validation of the quotation before sending it or confirming it to be a sales order.
Workflow Steps
1. The user or admin of sales will make the quotation
2. Then the sales validation manager will click on the validate button
3. After clicking on the validate button, the quotation status will convert from quotation to validated
4. In this step if the quotation is in the validated status, the quotation will be locked, it can't be updated
5. After the quotation is validated, three buttons will appear: (reset to draft), (send by email) and (confirm)
- Reset to draft: Enables the admin of sales to convert the state of the quotation from validated back to draft or quotation
- Send by email: Enables the user or admin of sales to send the quotation to the customer
- Confirm: Enables only the admin of sales to convert the quotation to a sales order
Important Notes
1. The validation button appears only for users who have sales validation manager rights
2. The reset to draft button and the confirm button appear only to the administrator in sales
