How it works — 3 steps

Configure leave types

Open any allocation-based leave type, enable carry-over, set the deadline (e.g. Month 3 / Day 31) and an optional max days cap.

Run the wizard

Go to Time Off → Management → Year-End Carry-Over. Pick the year and click Compute Balances.

Apply carry-over

Review, uncheck anyone to skip, then click Apply Carry-Over. Allocations updated instantly.
