Navigate to the Settings
In the General Settings section, find the Automatically Print PDF Reports option, check the Automatically Print PDF Report checkbox, and click the Save button to apply the changes.
Navigate to the Invoice module
Now, click on 'Vendors' and then click on 'Bills'.
Now, select any bill, click on the 'Print' button, and then click on the 'Invoice PDF' button.
As you can see, the PDF has been printed.
Now, navigate to the 'Sales' module.
Click on any sales order to navigate to the sales order.
Now, click on the button that looks like a settings icon, then click on the 'Print' button, and finally click on the 'PDF Quote' button.
Now, the PDF has been printed. You can see that the PDF is the same as the one you selected.
Now, click on the button that looks like a settings icon, then click on the 'Print' button, and finally click on the 'Quotation / Order' button.
Now, the PDF has been printed. You can see that the PDF is the same as the one you selected.
Now, navigate to the 'Purchase' module.
Click on any Purchase Order to navigate to the Purchase Order.
