Cancel Stock Picking
The Cancel Stock Picking module allows users to cancel validated or done stock pickings, receipts, and delivery orders in Odoo safely and efficiently.
By default, Odoo does not allow canceling stock moves once they are marked as Done. This module introduces an enhanced feature to reverse and reopen stock operations when needed perfect for fixing mistakes, incorrect validations, cancel receipts, delivary orders.

Settings → Menu Click "Users & Companies" → Click "Users" Enable Allow Picking Cancel
Cancel Sales Order Stock Picking Workflow
Sale orders
Open the Sale Order form view. Ensure the Sale Order is in the "Sale Order" (confirmed) state and that a Delivery Order has been generated. Then, click the Delivery Order to open the stock picking.
Open the Delivery Order form view from the related Sale Order. Ensure the Delivery Order status is Done. The Cancel button is visible on the form view. Click the Cancel button.
The Delivery Order is cancelled, and the stock moves are automatically reversed.
Once the delivery order is cancelled, the corresponding sales order is automatically cancelled.
The status of the sales order list view is 'Cancelled'.
Inventory → Operations → Deliveries | Look, the delivery order cancelled.
Cancel Purchase Order Stock Picking Workflow
Purchase orders
Open the Purchase Order form view. Ensure the Purchase Order is in the "Purchase Order" (confirmed) state and that a Receipt Order has been generated. Then, click the Receipt Order to open the stock picking.
Open the Receipt Order form view from the related Sale Order. Ensure the Receipt Order status is Done. The Cancel button is visible on the form view. Click the Cancel button.
The Receipt Order is cancelled, and the stock moves are automatically reversed.
Once the receipt order is cancelled, the corresponding purchase order is automatically cancelled.
The status of the Purchase order list view is 'Cancelled'.
Inventory → Operations → Receipts | Look, the receipt order cancelled.
