Telegram Bot Integration connects Telegram Bot to Odoo. It lets your team handle Telegram conversations via Bot inside Odoo and keep everything tied to CRM or Discuss.

Configuration
1. To configure this Telegram Bot Integration you need to create a Telegram Bot first. Simplest way to do it is BotFather
- In BotFather Application choose Your bot
- Copy Your Bot token
- After You obtained a token proceed to odoo CRM > Configuration > Social media
- Here create new Social Media record
- 1. Enter it's name
- 2. As social media type select Telegram Bot
- 3. Insert Your Bot Token
- 4. Telegram Webhook URL will be computed automatically
- 5. Choose Your company
- 6. Choose where to store incoming messages
- 7. Choose Sales team (members of this team will be used for Distribution
- 8. Press "Update Telegram Connection" button
- If connection was established You will receive a success notification
- After successful configuration Telegram Bot integration may work, so You will receive an updates as soon as someone reaches You via Telegram
