POS Pax & Waiter Management is a powerful yet lightweight module designed for Odoo 18 Point of Sale. It brings essential restaurant features like waiter selection and guest (PAX) input directly into your POS interface. When a user clicks on a table or starts a new order, they are prompted to:
- Enter the number of guests (PAX)
- Select the waiter responsible for the order
This ensures that each POS order is correctly linked with the responsible staff and accurate guest data â essential for reporting, service tracking, and customer management.

How It Works
Step 1: When a user selects a table, a popup appears to enter the number of guests (PAX).
Step 2: Then the system prompts for waiter selection â staff appear with images and names for easy recognition.
Step 3: Waiter and guest data are stored and displayed in the POS interface and backend orders.
Step 4: Administrators can enable or disable this option from configuration.
