Record a Donation
Go to Donations → New. Select the donor, enter the amount, choose the fund and campaign, and set the payment method. Save and Confirm.
Generate the Tax Receipt
Click Generate Receipt on a confirmed donation. The system assigns the next sequential receipt number and produces a print-ready PDF in one click.
Run Year-End Statements
At year end, run the Year-End Giving Wizard. Select the year, choose which donors to include, and generate individual giving statements for all of them at once.
