How It Works
- Navigate to Inventory >> Configuration >> Approval Configurations to set up approval workflows.
- Configure Operation type and Approval Details.
- Add multi-level approvers by selecting users or groups.
- User can see the information in Approval Info.
- for submitting the Approval, click on the Submit for Approval button.
- User can see the information in Approval Info.
- User with the rights can approve or reject the request.
- The information updates with the each approval.
- now we login with the another user which has the rights for the 2nd level.
- Once it is approved, it will go in Done state.
- Approval Configuration for Deliveries.
- Click on Reject to reject the Record.
- Enter the Reason for the Rejection.
- The Reject Details are available in Approval info.
- User can also see the Waiting Approvals and My Approvals under the Inventory >> Operations menu.
