Go to Contacts > Open any Customer

Navigate through tabs like Sale Orders, Create a Sale Order for that customer

Return to Contact form > In Sale Orders tab, the order appears , Click View button → Form view of the Sale Order opens.

Go to Purchase module > Create a Purchase Order
