Works smoothly with existing system
“Purchase Demand” and “Purchase Comparison” submenus are available , Go to Purchase Demand.
Choose Demand date and Delivery date, then save → sequence will be generated
If no product is added an error will be show
Add product and quantity, then click Confirm
Clicking Confirm > state becomes “Ongoing” and "Purchase Comparative" button will be visible , Click the "Purchase Comparative" button
Purchase Comparative form opens with Demand ID, Demand Date, and Delivery Date. Click the user comparision icon
A wizard opens compare vendors with price, lead time, and minimum quantity
If no vendor is selected , error will be shown
Selected vendors will appear in the Purchase Comparison view
Status becomes Submitted , now click Generate Purchase Order button
Purchase Order is created , smart button shows count, status changes to Purchased
Click Purchase Order smart button , list view of purchase orders opens
Click Send by "Email and Generate PDF" Button
email template auto-selects vendors ,Click Generate PDF
report is generated
Go to Purchase "Purchase Comparison"
list view of Purchase Comparisons is shown
In the demand form view smart buttons display Purchase Comparative shows count of comparisons generated. Purchase Order shows count of purchase orders generated.
