Easily assign permissions to let users change unit prices on Purchase
Orders.

Users outside the group will not be able change the Price of
product to less than the Unit Price in Purchase Order.

Only if the price list is selected for the Purchase Order, the
restriction will be enabled.

A warning is shown if an unauthorized user tries to change the unit
price when a price list is applied.
