Track approval history

Navigate to Sales → Configuration → Approval Workflows, and create a new approval workflow by specifying the job position and corresponding approval level.

Create an approval workflow by defining the job position and its associated approval level.

Create an approval workflow by assigning users and specifying their approval levels.

Create a quotation and click on ‘Send for Approval’ to initiate the approval process.

The approval status will change from ‘Draft’ to ‘Pending for Approval’ once the request is submitted.

Once the quotation is approved by the final-level user, the approval status will update to ‘Approved’. You can view the full approval history in the Approval Level tab.

Users can access a list of quotations pending their approval by following these steps: Step 1: Activate Developer Mode – Navigate to Settings → Users & Companies → Users. Step 2: Edit the user and enable the "Show Pending Quotation Approval Menu" group. This will display a dedicated menu showing all quotations awaiting the user’s approval.

The user will see the Pending for Approval menu under Sales → Orders to access quotations awaiting their approval.
