Set vendor notes per user

Go to Settings > User and companies
In User form, set Vendor Notes Assign notes relevant to each user
Open Purchase Orders Select Vendor and Company.
Add Internal Notes in Purchase Order
Select 'Request for Quotation' in Purchase Orders Vendor notes auto-fetch when vendor is selected.
In Customer Invoices, select Customer Same note auto-fetch feature applies here.
In Vendor Bills (Invoices), select Vendor Default notes auto-fill similarly.
Supports Vendor Bills, Vendor Refunds, Customer Invoices, Customer Refunds.
