PDF Preview
PDF attachments open in the familiar Odoo PDF viewer inside the FileViewer. Users can scroll pages, zoom and download if needed – without leaving the record.
Word Document Preview
DOCX files are rendered page by page directly in the browser, keeping headings, paragraphs and basic formatting so users can quickly read contracts or documents.
Excel & CSV Grid View
XLSX/CSV files are displayed in a spreadsheet-like grid with rows and columns, so users can scan data without opening Excel or Google Sheets.
PowerPoint Slides Preview
PPTX slide content is extracted and shown directly in Odoo so users can quickly review presentations attached to tasks, opportunities or projects.
Text & Code Files
Logs, JSON payloads, XML or simple TXT notes open in a clean text viewer, making it easy for functional and technical users to inspect content.
Image Preview
