O2B Chatter Message Edit
This module will helps us to modify chatter box message and after modify messages then email will send to all followers.
In standard Odoo functionality, once a message is posted in the chatter section, it cannot be edited or modified. This limitation can lead to issues such as incorrect or incomplete information being shared, requiring additional messages for clarification. As a result, communication within the system can become cluttered and less efficient.
The O2B Chatter Message Edit module addresses this problem by allowing users to edit existing chatter messages. Once modified, the updated message is reflected in the chatter section, and an email notification is sent to all followers, ensuring accurate and streamlined communication.
- Allows users to modify existing messages in the chatter section. Captures the information of every sale order line.
- The edited message is updated in real-time in the chatter section. Separate state is defined to show status of Partial sale products.
- Once a message is modified, an email notification is sent to all followers of the record.
- Reduces the need for additional messages by allowing corrections to existing ones.
- Editing permissions can be restricted based on user roles and access rights.
