notifications
to Odoo's activity system, alerting the responsible user right inside Odoo before their activity is due

accurate to the minute, not just the day.
- â° Datetime Deadlines: Schedule activities with a precise date and time â not just a date. Know exactly when something is due.
- ð Automatic Popup Alerts: A background scheduler checks every 5 minutes and sends a warning popup to the assigned user for activities due in the next 15 minutes.
- â¡ Notify Now: Tick the Notify Now checkbox when scheduling an activity to immediately push a notification to the responsible user.
- ð¤ Smart Snooze: Snoozed activities are pushed forward 7 days on the datetime deadline and automatically re-enter the notification queue.
- ð Re-Notify on Reschedule: When an activity's deadline is updated, the notification flag resets automatically â no missed alerts after rescheduling.
- ð Clickable Popups: Every popup includes a direct action link to open the related record instantly in one click.
- ð¤ Per-User Notifications: Each popup is sent only to the activity's assigned user â not broadcast to everyone.

Setup in 3 Easy Steps
- 1. Install the module â works out of the box with no extra configuration.
- 2. Schedule an activity on any record. Set the exact date and time for the deadline.
- 3. When the deadline approaches, the assigned user receives a popup notification right inside Odoo â with a link to the record.
ð¡ Tip: Use the Notify Now checkbox in the Schedule Activity dialog to instantly alert the user without waiting for the scheduler to run.
