DIGIPIN Address Support
Convert India Post DIGIPIN to Latitude & Longitude in Odoo
This module adds a DIGIPIN field to the contact form and automatically sets geolocation fields (partner_latitude, partner_longitude) for partners based on India Post's DIGIPIN.
Key Features
- Converts valid DIGIPIN codes to accurate latitude & longitude.
- DIGIPIN field shown only when country is set to India.
- Validates DIGIPIN format (10 alphanumeric characters only from allowed set).
- Updates coordinates automatically on DIGIPIN change.
Usage
Go to Contacts â Open a partner â Set the country to India â Enter the 10-digit DIGIPIN.
Latitude and Longitude will be auto-computed for precise mapping or delivery.
