Purchase Matrix with Configurator V18
Advanced Product Matrix & Configurator for Flexible Orders
Key Features
- Combine a product matrix grid with a configurator for complex orders.
- Configurator options displayed above the grid for any additional attributes.
- Effortlessly create multiple product variants and add them to the purchase order.
Important Notes
- Custom Attribute Values: Attribute values marked with
is_custom=Trueare not currently included in the selection grid. Only standard attribute values are displayed. - Pill Display Type: For attributes with the "Pills" display type, selections are presented as radio buttons within the grid for optimal functionality.
- Product Variant Handling: If a variant already exists for a product, the matrix will only show the current variant details. This allows you to adjust specific attributes without disrupting the entire configuration.
Examples
Textile Product Example
For a textile product with the following attributes:
- Fabric: Cotton, Silk
- Size: S, M, L, XL
- Color: Red, Blue
- Trim: Lace, No Lace
You could set Size as the row attribute and
Color as the column attribute. The Fabric
and Trim will be displayed above the grid as
configurator options.
Quick Configuration
- Install the module.
- Select "Order Grid Entry with Configurator" in the product template settings.
- Set your desired row and column attributes for the grid.
How to Use
- Select the configured product in the sale order to open the grid view with configurator.
- The row and column attributes will generate the matrix grid.
- Choose options for other attributes in the configurator above the grid.
- Add quantities for each variant directly within the grid, and they will appear as separate sale order lines based on the combination selected.
