Installation & Usage

Install the module like any standard Odoo application.
Open any customer invoice and click Request Signature to send a signing link.
Customer receives an email and opens the invoice in their Odoo Portal.
Portal shows a Sign Invoice button, opening Odoo’s native eSignature popup.
Once signed, the signature, signer name, and date are stored on the invoice.
The signed signature image also appears automatically in the printed invoice PDF.

Request Customer Invoice Signatures Directly from the Odoo Portal

Portal Invoice Signature Pro by Odonity enables businesses to collect legally valid customer signatures on invoices directly from the Odoo portal using Odoo’s native signature popup.

This module adds a “Request Signature” button on customer invoices, sends an email with a secure portal link, and allows customers to sign invoices instantly through their portal. The signature is saved on the invoice, along with the date and signer details.
