How It Works?

Create Email Campaign
Step 1: Create an Email Campaign

Go to Email Marketing → Mailings. Here, you can create or edit an email campaign. Define recipients, subject, email content, and attach any relevant documents.

Configure Scheduler
Step 2: Set Up the Scheduler

Navigate to Email Marketing → Email Scheduler and click New. In the form, you define:

  • Schedule Name - A name for this scheduler.
  • Mailing to Clone - The email campaign that will be duplicated and sent.
  • Scheduled Time - When the first email should be sent.
  • Interval Value - The frequency number (e.g. 2).
  • Interval Unit - The unit of time: hours, days, weeks, months, or years.
  • Is Recurring - Enables repeated sending.
  • Active - Keeps the schedule running.

Example: If you choose Interval Value = 2 and Interval Unit = Days, then the campaign will be sent every 2 days automatically.

View Schedulers
Step 3: Monitor All Schedules

All your created schedulers will be listed in Email Scheduler. You can view, deactivate, or adjust them at any time.

Behind the Scenes
Behind the Scenes: What Happens?

Every time a scheduler is triggered:

  1. The selected campaign is cloned.
  2. The new campaign is scheduled and launched.
  3. If recurring is enabled, the next schedule time is calculated and updated automatically.

Thanks to the smart logic based on interval_value and interval_unit, you can automate mailings to send:

  • Every hour
  • Every day
  • Every 2 weeks
  • Every month or year
