We need to check the "enable for create contacts for incoming emails".
Delete and Snooze features on list view
The Delete and Snooze functionalities will be available
directly in the List View, allowing users to efficiently
manage their messages without navigating away from the
main interface.
Click on Pane View Button.
User can select different pane view type
Horizontal pane view
Snooze Email
Select all emails or choose specific emails, and then click on the "Snooze" option to temporarily hide them. Upon clicking "Snooze", a date and time selector will appear, allowing users to specify when they want the selected emails to reappear in their inbox. After choosing the desired schedule, clicking "Save" will apply the snooze settings.

Bulk Action
This feature enables users to perform bulk actionsâsuch as "Delete, Snooze, Add Tag or move to Folder" efficiently, streamlining inbox management and improving overall productivity.
Move to Folder
Users will have the ability to select all or specific emails from the list view. Upon clicking the move button, a dropdown menu will appear, allowing the user to select the desired folder. After choosing the folder, clicking Apply will move the selected emails instantly.
Tag
When the "tag button is clicked", a dedicated tag
messages view will appear, displaying all related tag
messages.
Bulk Read or Unread
This feature enables users to perform bulk actionsâsuch
as "mark as read/unread"âquickly and efficiently.
Delete
Select all the message and click on "Delete Button".
Trash Email Details
When the "Trash button is clicked", a dedicated trash
messages view will appear, displaying all messages that
have been deleted or moved to Bin.
Delete Message move to inbox
When the "Trash" button is clicked, a dedicated trash
messages view will appear, displaying all messages that
have been deleted or moved to bin. Select all email,
click on move and select "Inbox folder".
Delete Permanent
Select all the message and click on "Delete Permanent
Button".
Starred Email Details
When the "Starred button" is clicked, a dedicated
starred messages view will appear, displaying all
messages that have been starred.
Snooze Email Details
When the "Snooze button is clicked", a dedicated snoozed
messages view will appear, displaying all messages that
have been snoozed.
Reply and Forward Message
Reply & Forward at the same time which makes
communication kind of easy not only to revert but also
if a new recipient is to be added.
On reply (CC & BCC)
The reply functionality will include support for "CC
(Carbon Copy) and BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) fields",
ensuring comprehensive communication options.
Tag Email Details
When the "tag button is clicked", a dedicated tag
messages view will appear, displaying all related tag
messages.
Open Folder
When we clicks on a specific folder, all messages
related to that folder will be displayed in the inbox
view.
Edit & Delete the folder and Tag.
CC & Bcc Icon
In-built option to send emails to cc/bcc.
Select Document.
Select Record
Based on document,user can select record.
Text Using Ai
Compose message and insert it on Email
Template
Select the available template and also save it.
Add Attachments
Users can easily add attachments to messages by
uploading files directly from their device.

Theme
Personalize the look and feel of your application with
available light, dark, or image themes.
App Menu
All apps will be displayed on mobile view.
Switching Users
All related users inbox account will be available.
Delete Button on List View
Upon deletion, a notification will appear, providing the
user with the option to "Undo the action within a few
seconds", allowing for easy recovery from accidental
deletions. Additionally, users will have the ability to
manually dismiss the notification if no further action
is required.
Search Message
The Inbox Search message user will Search by Title,
Search by Email, Search by Recipient.
Configure child partners & Pane view
After clicking on "Inbox Settings", users can configure
the "child partners" based on Mail Server configuration
types. Also, users can configure the default view of the
inbox pane.
We will add a button Open in Inbox in the backend chatter.
On clicking it, the Odoo Inbox compose window will open
in the inbox screen with the current record document
attached and the related customer pre-filled as the
recipient.

Mobile View
Click on Toggle Navigation Button.

Click on Log out menu, User will be exit from device.
Reply Options: Includes CC, BCC, and 'Reply All' to enhance communication flexibility.
Use "Reply All" to respond to the sender and all recipients in the email thread.
Use "Reply All," "Forward," and "Add Star" for quick and efficient email management and organization.

Hi, very nice Modul
What's missing is the ability to create an object, such as a ticket or task, from emails, or to attach that email to an existing object. Did I not see that in the description?
Are the emails based on the mail.message model or is that a separate one?
