Delete Button on List View

Upon deletion, a notification will appear providing the user with the option to "Undo the action within a few seconds", allowing for easy recovery from accidental deletions. Additionally, users will have the ability to manually dismiss the notification if no further action is required.

Move to Folder

Users will have the ability to "Select all or specific emails from the list view". Upon clicking the "Move button" a dropdown menu will appear, allowing the user to "Select the desired folder". After choosing the folder, Clicking Apply will move the selected emails to the chosen folder instantly. This feature streamlines email organization, making it easy to manage messages efficiently with just a few clicks.

When we clicks on a "Specific folder", all messages related to that folder will be displayed in the inbox view.

Snooze Email

Select all emails or choose specific emails, and then click on the "Snooze" option to temporarily hide them. Upon clicking "Snooze" a date and time selector will appear , allowing users to specify when they want the selected emails to reappear in their inbox. After choosing the desired schedule, clicking "Save" will apply the "Snooze settings".

Compose message(s)
Compose Message includes support for Email with CC/BCC fields, along with options to attach documents via modal and link to specific records.
Inbox message(s)
The inbox message display is enhanced with all essential details, including the message title, a short description, timestamp, and recipient information for a clean and informative view.
Snooze message(s)
If a user wants a reminder for a specific message, they can easily snooze it and receive a reminder email at the selected snooze time.
Starred message(s).
Important messages can be marked with a star, applying a flag to help users quickly identify and prioritize them.

Composing and sending messages to recipients is simple and user-friendly.
Trash message
Use the Trash option to delete unwanted messages and keep your inbox organized.
Search message.

Create folder, Move to folder message(s)
The system allows users to group messages by folders and move specific messages into desired folders for better organization.
Create tag, Applying tags into message(s).
Tagging messages is quick and intuitive, allowing users to label emails—such as personal, important, etc.—for easy identification and organization.
Reply message(s).
Each message includes a 'Reply' option, allowing users to respond directly to that specific message or related document with ease.
Forward message(s)
Messages can be easily forwarded using the 'Forward' button available on each message, whether it's linked to a document, thread, or any other model.
Read message(s).
Users can easily read messages by clicking on them to open and view the complete message content.
Unread message(s).
Unread messages are highlighted in bold with a dark display, and an unread message counter is shown to help users easily track new messages.
Done message(s)
Marking a message as done is easy—simply click the checkmark icon, and the message will be moved to the 'Done' section.

Odoo Inbox is one dynamic app used specifically for hassle-free emailing with loads of features which are missing in an otherwise default Odoo system but found by users in other emailing clients like Gmail, Outlook, MailChimp etc. It revamps & streamlines the way emailing is done in Odoo.
