Configure Your Loyalty Program

Set up your POS Loyalty Program integration to automatically track customer rewards and manage loyalty across all your locations. Follow these configuration steps to get started:

Step 1: Install the Module

Navigate to the Apps module in Odoo and search for "POS Loyalty Program". Click Install to add the loyalty integration to your system.

Step 2: Register Your Account

Access the Loyalty menu from POS and click Register. Fill in your personal and business details. You'll receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

Step 3: Authenticate with Licence Key

Enter your API licence key to authenticate and connect. If you don't have a key, click "Get Licence Key" to generate one for real-time synchronization.

Step 4: Configure Loyalty Settings

Access Loyalty Settings to manage multiple store locations. Add new POS locations or re-authenticate existing ones with timestamp tracking.

Step 5: Start Processing Orders

Begin creating orders in POS. Select customers to link orders to their loyalty accounts. The system automatically tracks transactions and awards points.

How the Loyalty Integration Works

Once configured, the loyalty system seamlessly integrates with your POS workflow. When customers make purchases, their loyalty accounts are automatically updated. Staff can view customer loyalty status, track order history with unique order IDs (e.g., 00006-003-0002), and access comprehensive reports. The system synchronizes data in real-time across all authenticated locations, ensuring consistent customer experiences and accurate reward tracking. All customer and order information is accessible through the centralized Loyalty menu for easy management and analysis.

Getting Started with Loyalty Program

Follow these simple steps to set up and activate your loyalty program

Access Loyalty Menu

Open your POS interface and click on the dropdown menu to access loyalty features and configure your program.

Register

Click "Register" from the menu to create your loyalty account. Fill in your information, and you'll receive further instructions via email after signup.

Licence Key Authentication

Enter your licence key to authenticate and connect to the Loyalty App. Click "Get Licence Key" button if you don't have one, or enter your existing licence key to complete the authentication process.

Customer List

View and manage all loyalty customers. Access customer details including Full Name, Email, Phone, and more. Use the Filter and Export buttons to organize customer data.

Setting List

Manage your loyalty program settings. View all connected stores with their authentication status, company details, and POS/Store names. Use "Re-Authenticate" to refresh credentials or "New" to add stores.

Create Order

Start creating orders in the POS interface by selecting products from categories. Add items to cart, adjust quantities, and select the customer to link the order to their loyalty account before payment.

Order Completion

After successful payment, the system generates a unique order number (e.g., 00006-003-0002). Print or email the receipt to customers, which automatically records the transaction in their loyalty account.

Punch Order in Limerr Loyalty

The customer can now check their Limerr Loyalty application. The transaction is automatically recorded, and their loyalty stamps/points for the respective vendor (e.g., Starbucks Coffee) will be updated immediately.To finalize the loyalty transaction, the customer opens their Limerr Loyalty app to the loyalty card screen (featuring the QR code). The staff scans this QR code, and the unique order number (e.g., 00006-003-0002) is input into the system to punch the order, linking the purchase to their loyalty account.

View all loyalty orders in the Orders menu. Use the Filter Orders and Export Orders buttons to manage and analyze transaction data.
