This module enables your company to efficiently manage pet sitting and dog/animal walking services within Odoo, as demonstrated in the screenshots below.


Main Features: Pet Sitting and Animal Walking Management App for Odoo
  • Customers can request pet related services (e.g., sitting or walking) directly from your company.
  • The sales team (Salesperson/Manager) can create and send sales quotations for the requested services to customers.
  • Once the sales quotation is confirmed, a sitter or walker can be assigned to the service items listed in the order lines.
  • The sales team (Salesperson/Manager and Pet Manager) can schedule pet services using the Odoo Meetings module, which is extensively integrated into this app.
  • Salespeople can use a dedicated wizard to generate pet schedules and assign specific jobs to sitters and walkers.
  • Two new user groups are introduced for better control:
    1. Pet User
    2. Pet Manager
  • Pet Managers can create recurring appointments or meetings based on confirmed customer orders and bookings.
  • Pet details including images and additional photos can be stored and managed (editable by Pet Users).
  • Pet Managers can define pet types and link them with individual pets, including managing full vaccination records on the pet form.
  • Manage clients, orders, invoicing, and other business operations using standard Odoo apps along with this pet service management module.
  • Products in Odoo act as pet services where pricing and costing can be configured for each pet service offering.
  • Customers can view their service schedules and pet details via the My Account section on the Odoo website portal.

    • Has view only access to the Working Times menu (creation and modification restricted to Administrator).
    • Can create customer records for pet service purposes.
    • Can register veterinarians associated with pets.
    • Can create and manage walkers/sitters for pet assignments.
    • Has view only access to Pet Services (creation/modification restricted to Sales Manager).
    • Can reassign pet sittings and manage pet schedule rescheduling.
    • Can generate and print the Pet Information PDF Report.

    Role of Salesperson / Sales Manager

    • Can create and configure pet service products.
    • Can generate sales quotations for pet related services.
    • Can confirm sales quotations and initiate pet sitting schedule creation.
    • Can assign attendees/carers, link pet information, and specify services for pet sitting schedules.
    • Can view and manage pet sitting appointments.
