This app feature provides full analytic tracking across sales, purchase, and inventory workflows in Odoo. Users can enable analytic entry selections in inventory settings to activate both Analytic Account and Analytic Distribution options. Analytic Distribution is supported on sales quotations and purchase RFQs, and it flows through to delivery and receipt operations. Both Analytic Account and Analytic Distribution fields are available on stock picking forms for receipts and deliveries. Once validated, all analytic data is recorded on stock move lines and accessible through smart buttons for analytic items, supporting traceability, return operations, and improved financial analysis.

Enable Analytic Entry Selections

  • Navigate to Inventory > Configuration > Settings, and enable "Manage Analytic Entry Selections in Inventory Operations".

Receipts Form View (Odoo Standard)

  • Open the standard Receipts form, which now includes the Analytic Distribution field.

Validate the Receipt (Odoo Standard)

  • Click the standard Validate button to confirm the receipt.

View Stock Move Lines (Odoo Standard)

  • After validation, the Analytic Distribution is applied to the Stock Move Lines. Access them via the Moves smart button on the receipt.

View Analytic Items

  • A new Analytic Items smart button is available on the Receipts form.
