Odoo Storage Dashboard

A new root menu Storage will appear. The Storage Dashboard provides a quick overview of database storage and server resource usage directly inside Odoo. It displays the total database size, filestore size, and important database details such as PostgreSQL version and creation date. The dashboard also shows server information including memory usage, CPU usage, and Odoo RAM usage. A table list displays database tables sorted by highest storage usage, with visual progress bars for easy analysis. Additionally, quick actions allow you to find duplicate records and similar records, helping maintain clean and optimized data. You need to enable Storage Dashboard permission in the user form. After that, the user will be able to view the Storage Dashboard.

You can select a model (e.g., Contacts for customers) and a field (e.g., Name). Then click the button to list duplicate records.

Tip: If you are not sure about the model name of a particular object, you can ask ChatGPT. It will help you find the correct model name, which can be used to find duplicate records.
