Automatic Skill Tracking from Trainings

This module improves Odoo(s) Employee Training Management by making it easier to track and assign skills through trainings. It lets HR teams select skills, skill types, and levels for each employee in a training. When a training is marked as complete, the system automatically adds those skills to the employee(s) profile. Each skill is linked to the training it came from, so you can always see how it was earned. Skills are also shown in the training form and PDF reports. A special skill report helps you view and filter employee skills by training and role, making it easy to monitor progress and development.

Main Features:

• Skill Selection on Training Lines:
  • Add skill types, skills, and levels directly on each employee(s) training line.
  • Customize skills per course, subject, or training goal with full flexibility.
• Skill Assignment from Training:
  • Automatically assign skills to employees when a training reaches a completed stage.
  • The system ensures that each skill is added only once and reflects the actual learning outcome.
• Smart Stage Based Skill Activation:
  • Use a checkbox on training stages to control whether skills should be assigned when that stage is reached.
  • Offers full control without manual updates.
• Skills Shown in Forms and PDFs:
  • Skills selected in the training lines are visible in the training form and included in the printed PDF reports for documentation and reviews.
• Linked Skills in Employee Profile:
  • Automatically update the employee(s) skill tab with training based skills.
  • Each entry clearly shows the training it came from for easy tracking.
• Filterable Skill Reporting:
  • View employee skill progress with dedicated reports.
  • Filter by training application and trainings for focused analysis.
• Filterable Skill Reporting:
  • System checks for existing skills and avoids creating duplicates, keeping employee profiles clean and accurate.
