It links outgoing shipments to revenue attribution while simultaneously incorporating operational costs, providing a fully-loaded profit and loss view for every warehouse. Additionally, the module provides advanced analytical tools such as transfer cost tracking between warehouses, productivity measurement for picking operations, stock accuracy evaluation, and space utilization insights. These features allow businesses to identify inefficiencies, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall warehouse performance. Per-Warehouse Profit & Loss Management

The module provides a complete profit and loss view for each warehouse by accurately linking revenue generated from delivered sales orders with all associated costs. It calculates gross profit using revenue and cost of goods sold, and further derives net profit by subtracting fully allocated operational costs such as staffing, rent, utilities, freight, and other expenses. This ensures each warehouse is treated as an independent profit centre with true financial visibility.

Automated Revenue Attribution

Revenue is automatically attributed to the respective warehouse based on validated delivery orders. The system captures revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and links them with the originating sales order and warehouse. This eliminates manual effort and ensures accurate revenue tracking aligned with actual product movement.

Comprehensive Cost Allocation System

The application enables structured cost allocation to warehouses using predefined cost categories such as staffing, rent, utilities, freight, pick and pack, wastage, and depreciation. Costs can be entered manually or automatically generated from vendor bills using analytic account mapping. This ensures that every warehouse reflects a fully-loaded and realistic cost structure.

Transfer Cost Tracking

The module tracks inter-warehouse transfer costs and calculates the net impact of transfers on warehouse profitability. It provides visibility into transfer-in and transfer-out costs, helping businesses understand logistics expenses and optimize internal supply chain movements.

KPI Target Management and Performance Tracking

Users can define KPI targets for each warehouse, including revenue, gross margin, net margin, pick rate, stock accuracy, and transfer cost percentage.
