Overview
Experience! a smooth automated attendance downloading process. This integration allows you to set up scheduled actions, ensuring timely and accurate data synchronization between your attendance machine and the Odoo Attendance module.
Biometric Machine configuration & Employee synchronization can be done based on the biometric code with attendance machine.
Attendance fetching based on Last synchronized date, it will update automatically, also able to update manually in the developer mode.
Download biometric log from the Machine and segregate to respective dates, logs will keep until the attendance created by automated action or checkout manually by updating fixing improper transactions.
When there are improper transactions, the user is able to correct or checkout manually.
Mapping employees in the odoo system and machine with this unique biometric code.
Provision to Add or Remove Users from biometric machine.
Provision to Download available user with biometric code from attendance machine in XLSX format, which will help to map and import the code to the current system.
Biometric Configuration and Logs are visible only for the respective Persons.

Hi, I’d like to know whether your app supports integration with the Hikvision DS-K1T8003EF / K1T8003 Value Series Fingerprint Time Attendance Terminal.
Currently, these devices store attendance data locally across multiple office branches, and the data is manually extracted periodically for central consolidation. We would like to directly connect these devices with Odoo HR Attendance to automate the process of gathering and consolidating attendance data.
