A green WhatsApp button sits next to the e-mail option in the “send receipt” slot, with a phone-number field and live validation. One tap renders and sends.

Turn on “Send Receipt on WhatsApp” per Point of Sale and each paid order with a customer phone number fires a receipt on its own, hands-free.

A ready “POS Receipt” template greets the customer by name with the order reference and total. Swap in any of your own quick-reply templates per Point of Sale.

A “WhatsApp Receipt Sent” flag is recorded per order so the auto-send never double-fires, even if the order is touched again after payment.

This add-on installs automatically the moment both Open WhatsApp Connector and Point of Sale are installed — nothing to configure. It builds on the main Open WhatsApp Connector app (sold separately), which provides the WhatsApp connection, accounts, Discuss inbox and dashboard. Works on both Odoo Community and Enterprise.
