Creditsafe Connector for Odoo
This module integrates the Creditsafe API into Odoo, allowing you to retrieve credit reports for companies directly from the contact form (res.partner). It also supports integration with Peppol EAS and automated credit scoring mapping to payment terms.

Easy Installation
- Download the module and place it in your Odoo addons folder.
- Update the app list: Apps > Update Apps List
- Search for Creditsafe Connector and install it.
Access Rights
To configure who can use the connector, two roles are available:
Creditsafe Reader
- Can view Creditsafe data on the partner form
- Cannot fetch or update data
Creditsafe Operator
- Can fetch company data from Creditsafe
Creditsafe Administrator
- Can update mapping tables and configuration
Assign roles via: Settings > Users > Access Rights > Creditsafe Access
Configuration
API Credentials
Navigate to: Creditsafe API Connector > Configuration > API Configuration
Set the following: - API URL (defaults to https://connect.creditsafe.com/v1) - Email - Password
Score to Payment Term Mapping
Menu: Creditsafe API Connector > Configuration > Score Mappings
Each entry links a Creditsafe score (e.g. "A", "B") to an Odoo payment term and credit limit based on a specific domain.
Peppol EAS Mapping (Optional)
Menu: Creditsafe API Connector > Configuration > Peppol EAS Mappings
Each entry maps a Peppol EAS code to a Creditsafe search field (e.g., registrationNumber, vatNo).
This mapping is optional—if no Peppol EAS is configured on a contact, Odoo will fall back to searching using the contact's VAT number and country.

Usage: In Partner View
Navigate to any company contact (res.partner). A new "Creditsafe" tab appears for users with Reader or Operator role.
Operators can click the "Fetch from Creditsafe" button to retrieve and store: - Company name and ID - Credit score + description (color-coded) - Credit limit (with currency) - Registered address - Last checked date - PDF report (stored as attachment and visible in the chatter)
Mappings (score/payment term and EAS codes) are applied automatically if configured.
